Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, come try out our training method in a structured and challenging environment. Led by certified coaches, this trial class will give you the chance to discover the sport and get a feel for our training atmosphere.

 

Our two locations in Aix-en-Provence:

  • MMA Legacy Center: 7 Clémenceau Street (on Cours Mirabeau, next to Sephora).

  • MMA Legacy - Ruocco Stadium: Avenue Gaston Berger (Pont de l'Arc, next to the soccer stadium, on the IUT side).

Important instructions for your session:

  • Check-in: Please show your ticket to the coach before starting the session.

  • Required attire: Clean athletic clothing—shorts or leggings (no zippers) + T-shirt (soccer jerseys are strictly prohibited).

  • Hygiene & Supplies: Trim your fingernails and toenails. Bring a towel and some water.

  • Equipment: If you have your own equipment, you’re welcome to bring it. Otherwise, don’t buy anything before the session —the coaches will advise you on-site. Thanks to our partners and sponsors, you can get high-quality equipment at discounted prices (ask the coaches for details).
