MMA Camp for Youth, Ages 10–14
MMA Vacation Camp for 10- to 14-year-olds at MMA Legacy in Aix-en-Provence (Cours Mirabeau, next to Sephora). Open to members and non-members of all skill levels. The program includes standing and ground techniques, as well as fun warm-ups. Please note: Maximum of 16 spots per session; the camp will take place with a minimum of 10 registrants. Please bring workout clothes and water.
School Break MMA Camp (Ages 10–14) — A unique experience at Cours Mirabeau!
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity: for the October school break, MMA Legacy is opening the cage at its iconic venue—located on the prestigious Cours Mirabeau in Aix-en-Provence (right next to Sephora)—just for this special occasion!
This camp is designed to be a dynamic, educational, and exciting immersion in the world of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). Building on its success, it’s a unique experience that we hope to offer during every school break!
A program suitable for all skill levels
Whether your child is already a club member or would like to try the sport for the very first time, this camp is open to both club members and non-members. In a safe, supportive environment led by passionate instructors, young people ages 10 to 14 can learn the basics or improve their skills:

Technical Training: Learning the fundamentals of stand-up fighting, anticipating moves, ground control, and transitions to the cage.

Physical and Fun Training: Mobility, agility, and conditioning exercises tailored to their age.

Team spirit & values: Respect, discipline, pushing oneself to new heights, and camaraderie.

Equipment to Bring
Please make sure your child comes prepared with:

Appropriate workout clothes (shorts or leggings without metal zippers, T-shirt).

A large bottle of water or a water bottle.

Your equipment and protective gear, if you have any (boxing/MMA gloves, mouthguards, shin guards).

For your information, the club has a vending machine with water, drinks, and snacks (all for 2 euros).

Maximum capacity: To ensure high-quality instruction and optimal safety, enrollment is strictly limited to a maximum of 16 participants per session.

Prerequisite: The workshop will be held if there are at least 10 registrations.

A license is required. You pay only once, and it is valid for the entire sports season.
For non-members of the MMA Legacy Club: LICENSE REGISTRATION (Required)
Medical Certificate: Make an appointment with your doctor. The certificate must state that there are no medical contraindications to practicing MMA and martial arts.
Please note: You will be asked for the doctor's RPPS number (which appears on their stamp). (See an example at mma-legacy.fr/inscriptions)
FMMAF License: Once you have your certificate, apply for your mandatory license on the French MMA Federation’s website: licencies.fmmaf.fr FMMAF Club Code: LCHMVIQZ
