TRAINING: PREVENTION AND DEFENSE AGAINST SEXUAL ASSAULT

4 hours to learn how to protect yourself without violence, without hitting, and without any physical prerequisites.

Location: MMA Legacy (Training Room) — Cours Mirabeau, downtown Aix-en-Provence

⏱️ Duration: 4 hours of intensive, hands-on training, on weekdays and Saturdays

Format: Small groups (4 to 10 people per session) for personalized attention

Coaching: Operational Officer with the National Police & Head Coach at MMA Legacy

A UNIQUE AND INCLUSIVE TRAINING PROGRAM

This self-paced, practical training course provides each participant with the tools to prevent, recognize, and respond effectively to situations of sexual assault, in a supportive and safe environment at the MMA Legacy Center on Cours Mirabeau (next to SEPHORA).

What sets us apart: We show you how to get yourself out of a bad situation without throwing a single punch and without needing any special physical abilities. The method is accessible to everyone.

5-STEP EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM

Step 1: Fundamentals and Legal Framework

  • Operational Objective: Correctly define at least three forms of sexual assault recognized under French law and cite the main legal provision governing each.

Step 2: Identifying Risk Signals and Contexts

  • Operational objective: Identify at least 4 behavioral cues or high-risk environmental situations during a simulated case study.

Step 3: Prevention Strategies and Initial Response

  • Operational Objective: Identify 3 concrete prevention strategies (assertive communication, setting boundaries) and 2 immediate actions to take in the event of a threat (escape, alert others, seek help).

Step 4: Reporting and Support Procedures

  • Operational Objective: Describe the key steps in reporting incidents to the authorities (police/gendarmerie, medical services, organizations) and identify at least two support services for victims.

Step 5: Practical Defense Techniques & Assessment of Learning Outcomes

  • Operational Objective: Apply non-violent escape and self-defense techniques suitable for all participants. Successfully complete a simulation of a sexual assault to demonstrate mastery of the skills (prevention, response, reporting).

  • Real-world scenarios: Exercises, practical role-playing, case studies, and analysis of professional situations.
